Orders and quotes

Items added to an inquiry list do not constitute a binding order. A sale is formed only once we issue a written quote and you confirm it. Prices are subject to change until a quote is issued.

Returns

Unopened product in original packaging may be exchanged or returned. Contact us on WhatsApp before returning anything so we can confirm the lot and arrange the return route.

Shipping

Title and risk pass on dispatch. International buyers bear all customs duties and are responsible for import compliance in their jurisdiction.

Limitation of liability

Materials are supplied for research use only. We accept no liability for any use outside that scope, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the purchase price of the affected product.
